I love going to this beauty supply not just because it is Black owned but because of the love and level of customer service. Not to mention it is 5 mins away from my house .
I dropped a friend here to pick up some hair for her BDay as I promised to get her. Only came to this place because my my neighbor told us about it and that it was black owner. In support we thought we would check it out. She was very unimpressed with the selection and so was I. We ended up going to another place a couple of blocks down I believe.
I love OBS! I've watched this business blossom over the past five years. Their supply is never low and if it is, the staff is happy to contact me when more products are restocked. I've never had a bad experience nor have I ever felt pressured to make a purchase. I would definitely recommend Obsidian for all of your hair care needs!
