OCD LLC did an incredible job cleaning my 1 bedroom apartment after 3 years of, shall we say, lackluster efforts on my part. My cleaners (crew of 2) prioritized the bathroom and kitchen as requested and were able to cover the entire apartment in the time quoted. As I write this review a day later, I feel better existing in my pristinely clean space. I'll be getting periodic cleanings from them in the future!
Kerstin and her team are excellent! I hired them over a year ago and they have been thorough and efficient. They are versatile and have helped me with whatever I needed. Highly recommended.
Any company that trivializes a mental disorder as this company needs to take a deep, long look in the mirror. OCD is not a quirky personality trait that makes you clean. It is a debilitating disorder that can ruin relationships, careers, and lives. It’s shameful to assume otherwise, especially from a company that claims to cater to neurodivergent customers.
I booked an appointment. I was transparent that I have chronic pain and can’t clean, and that sickness in recent months had hindered me and made me unable to have anyone else in. Their rate is $75/ hour with a 2 hour minimum but they had good reviews. My cleaner arrived. I reiterated my situation with the pain and sickness.
