Time to move on. I've been a loyal O'Brien patron for years, but my last three cuts were disappointing. A re-do policy (within a week) isn't useful when the stylist chopped the back down to a messy stub already.
Leah is the most talented stylist/cosmetologist in the state of Vermont.
Dana did a fantastic job of fixing the mess up of many others. She asked my hair what it needed and delivered! So happy!
Dana is purely amazing. Seriously. I have never felt this good about myself or my hair. I usually leave other salons unsatisfied. She did a beautiful job, and took it step by step with me since I'm not a hair person. You don't need to go anywhere else for hair. I will always book appointments with Dana at this salon from now on!
