I purchased a 2017 VW Passat on Wednesday, November 22 from Napleton’s. Since I’ve had many issues with the 2013 Passat that I purchase over four years ago, I decided not to purchase another car from Napleton’s. My overall experience was awesome. All questions asked were answered thoroughly. From Derrick(sales manager), to Kevin Abrams(salesman), to the service group, all were very courteous and went above and beyond, all of past experiences at other dealers.
