We had the best experience at Napletons on Friday and we sure in the heck had the Best salesman ever! He got us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted! If you're looking for a new vehicle and want the best deal we highly recommend Jesse Webb!

I still like Napletons Vw service for my new beetle, BUT the last time I was in for a tire rotation the tech must have just thrown into the trunk my special socket tool for the wheel bolts, instead of putting it in the storage location. I had to remove the spare to find it. (heavy)
Derrick Helm and Paul Hewitt went above and beyond to get me into my dream car, I was working with several other dealerships and chose Napletons Volkswagen because of the honesty and professionalism. They had the best deal hands down and it was a pleasure to work with them! Thank you again for everything and we will definitely be back to buy our other vehicle!

well after 13 yrs of owning one car we decided it was time for a new one..My wife and I didnt really think about looking at Volkswagen. However we strolling through Napletons just browsing then came up to Volkswagon and we said what the heck.lol Next thing you know we bought a Tiguan...lol From the time we first got there to the time we left I must say they are top notch people all around. 100% satisfied with the service I received at Napleton's VW! Bob and Derrick were great to work with and more than willing to make a fair deal. Bob's knowledge and sincerity are miles ahead of the competition (trust me- this wasn't the first dealer I visited).
