Last year I needed a windshield replaced. The other locations had a long wait time and this location had the earliest appt. It took me an hour one way to drive here and they install glass which was faulty. I had taken a photo of it but they asked me to bring it in. I drove another one hour one way and they didn’t even go out to check it and just asked to see the photo and sent me away to get it redone another day. Amazing service! I would definitely recommend them. The staff were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Their response time was also very fast.
Asked for a quote in writing and I was told "we can't sent it in writing, because we can't be certain that it is you receiving it if it is by email / text". O'Brien's confidentiality policy has me questioning whether my GP is a spy. Protect the confidential secrets in these quotes at all costs, may we end accidental windscreen replacement once and for all. Cheaper quote in writing and had an epic yarn with a local business. Good laugh with O'Brien though, thanks.
Horrible rude service, and they don’t follow their own policies. I got a windshield replacement and they haven't recalibrated the sensors properly despite them giving me a certificate of recalibration and telling me everything works. My auto wipers/lane assist etc. doesn’t work anymore and there is a fault on the dash every time I start my car. They left black glue marks all around the windshield which are impossible to remove.
