Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took advantage of me being a woman, didn’t fix my car whatsoever but made me pay for it with a list of things that are wrong, when I already knew what was wrong with it & voiced that to him. Guaranteed if a man brought my car in, my car would be fixed period. Once I brought that to his attention, he just walked off 🙄👍🏼

I've been coming to O'Brien's for 8 years! Prior to O'Briens I always went directly through the Land Rover dealer. Always unsatisfied. The O'Brien team made me believe in great honest service again! They are fair and never try to upsell me. They even helped guide me through the purchase of my 2nd Land Rover out of state to ensure I was getting a quality deal. I cannot say enough great things about this Auto Shop. The ENTIRE staff and team is wonderful to work with!
I love these guys. They truly do thorough, great quality work, they have great communication and honestly its a great place to have your car serviced. It's also one of the few places that takes care of all the landrover, mini, bmw and mercedes products. Dave, James, Ryan and Robert are a great crew and i TRUST them whole heartedly with my mercedes. Thanks again guys!
