The O'Boyle Real Estate team helped my family and I find a house about 13 months ago. I was relocating from Texas to Colorado, Craig and his team helped make this transition very easy and fun. Craig helped us sell our home, and this was before the big market that you have now, everything he did for us was amazing, his professionalism and personal touches, made me feel like I chose the right person to sell my home. My home was listed and we had an offer in one week, The advice we received for showings and the photographs that were taken for the property at our home look amazing, Craig and his team are great people!

Craig and his team were completely receptive to the potential I felt I had in my house when selling. They immediately blasted my listing and had showings non-stop- until we landed an offer...3 days! I had to move out of town the day before closing, so we presigned and 2 days after I was gone, I had $$$ in my bank and life is good. Thank you for your help! Craig, Carmen, and Michelle are the only realty team I’ll ever use in the Springs area. We moved in from out of state and when we came up to house hunt they not only showed us a ton of houses but also patiently explained home buying in CO. Criag has been a phenomenal worker for us not only helping g us I the process of first buying out house and making sure there were no mistakes in the process along the way.
