This company is a complete fraud. I'm speaking only from my personal experiences. Joe Quinnos hired me to ( begged ) me to fix the construction side of this business ( hard to call it that). He admittedly knows 0 about construction. Day 1.. his contractors ( guys off the street) were protesting s property of his bc they never were paid. He literally asked me to hire kids from the "block" to rehab his properties. Just be warned, the company has no money... No construction equipment.. no experience. Lived in newly renovated, beautiful unit for almost two years. Very responsive to issues, even ones out of their control. Organized, fair, and professional.
