The office staff are terrible. I scheduled my anatomy scan 2 business days ago and called back today to reschedule due to them scheduling me on New Years Eve and the office worker just said "name and DOB" and I explained I needed to reschedule my anatomy scan and without even looking at her schedule, she stated "we have no other appointments available so you have to come to this one or forfeit the anatomy scan. If I wasn't 20 weeks pregnant, I would swap to any office besides Brookwood.
