She seemed nice at 1st. However at my second appointment was dishonest and very dismissive. I had a very unique health concern and because of her dogmatic ideology she thought she knew it all! She dismissed every concern I tried to address. She was insensitive and unprodessional and cause me a great deal of distress after leaving her office. I would not recommend her to anyone.
Arrived at Lutherville office at 1:45 for a 2:30 appt. Came early to fill out paperwork that was NOT mailed to me prior to my appointment. At 3:05, I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait was. She said you are next. Then two other patients arrived and we're all seen BEFORE me. At 3:25 I was taken back to a patient room--55 minutes behind my scheduled time. Once in the room they said it would be about 10 minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor came in at 3:58. NOT happy at all.
I've been a patient of Dr. Craig for 11 years. She's always attentive to any problems or concerns I've ever had. Throughout her transition from Mercy Medical Center, Franklin Square, and now GVMC the staff is always friendly. Never had an issue with scheduling an appointment or receiving a call back from Dr. Craig. Whenever Dr. Craig is a few minutes behind in her appts running over there's a board at the receptionist desk stating the approximate minutes. Only once I to reschedule due to Dr.
