I’ve been seeing Dr. Craig for years and she delivered my grandson and I was in the delivery room. Yup I’m a the helicopter mom and Glam-mom!! Yup yup yup but I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!
Dr. Craig delivered both of my babies, one in 2021 at the height of the pandemic and my second in 2023. She is caring and straightforward. She listened to my worries and concerns and I always felt heard and safe in her care. I would recommend her 1000 times. Her wait times are long but for quality care, I didn't mind.
EVERYONE, you have a right to do what makes you as comfortable as possible. It is your body! If you do not feel comfortable at any doctor office, you can walk at any time. I felt rushed, not listened to, confused, uncomfortable, and said "ow" many times and neither nurse or doctor acknowledged it so I assumed this was normal since I had not had an exam before. It was opened fast, was pushed and tugged on. It HURT. I feel bruised 3 days later. It was traumatizing to make a long story short.
My daughter went to ER last weekend, when she was having extremely heavy menstruation, she was advised to see this OBGYN as soon as possible. So, after waiting for 4 days, she got an appointment, but they refused her to be seen, because she has a pending medicaid. Has the bedside manner of a monster. Just had an initial visit with her - she was completely rushed, did not provide a clear explanation and rushed out after 4 minutes!! While a question was being asked, she said that she had to go and did not have time - completely ignored. This happened after a wait of over 30 minutes in her front office. Not impressed
Dr. Craig delivered my baby March 2019. She was caring and very informative during my pregnancy. Delivery was smooth with no complications. If I have another child I would love for her to deliver my baby once again.
Dr. Craig delivered my last baby March 2019, 9 years after my first baby. She was no nonsense and as I am a very anxious person she was always straight forward. This helped me through my pregnancy and my delivery. She’s incredibly intelligent!.
Worst patient care I have ever experienced.
Dr. Craig is fine. It is her staff, which you have to deal with 95% of the time that is the problem. They simply do not care about the patients. - They do not call you to remind you of your appointment - They don't tell you at what office you will be seen - I had to call more than a dozen times to get my tests results. I made it clear that it was very important for me to get the results, their response "We will call you" They never called me back, they did not call the lab, they did not care!
