We love Dr. Crook and the team at OAT Franklin. They have taken such good care of my family. It's always easy to get an appointment, we are always promptly seen upon arrival and they are always so thorough with their consults. Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing their services.
Dr Clinkscales performed by surgery for a burst eardrum. He is an excellent doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend him for any ear/ hearing loss issues.
Been having ear issues for a few monthes. The staff and technology at OAT are excellent and use the latest technology to get to your issues. Highly recommend them.

Great experience with my Doctor. As cliche as it may be, the front desk woman on the left, with the glasses, is miserable. Try not to bother her by checking in, checking out, or asking a question. Oh and if you’ve completed your patient intake paperwork in advance, and your insurance information (and photos of your insurance card) are already on file, she’ll somehow still be rude as hell that you don’t have the physical card.
