I had dealt with a very uncomfortable and painful problem in my throat for 3 years I had gone to 3 different doctors several times who were unable to find what was wrong I went to Otolaryngology Associates knowing it was my last hope and within 30 minutes they knew what the problem was and started taking steps to correct it I am so happy they took the time and had the knowledge to heal me
They do not answer the phone or return messages through “text” even though they tell you to text. They cancelled my appointment after I asked a question on the voicemail. No one even let me know they cancelled my appt so I showed up anyway. Not pursuing a doctor at an office that doesn’t answer their phone.
Very pleased with dr Sachs. Explained everything to my satisfaction
Dr. Sacks was the best. Highly recommend. He took excellent care of my son and would recommend for any ENT needs!
