Appalled at the lack of care I received during my brief experience at Oasis. Deceptive billing practices- I set up an appointment for a procedure and they made me pay up front without saying they had essentially cancelled the appointment procedure and I spoke to the doctor for 90 seconds but was charged over $300 for nothing. When speaking to the office manager, she refused to patch me through to the billing department ( stating she made the billing decisions…?) then hung up on me mid sentence. The number of billing issues I have had with these people needs be studied! Don’t recommend unless it’s purely just an emergency or annual. Don’t agree to do anything more because they will use different billing codes to overcharge insurance and ultimately yourself!
I truly hate to write negative reviews. I’m the person that will quietly allow you to make something right before telling people about your transgressions. Unfortunately, here I am writing a negative review - I’ll start off by saying Dr. Welch and her PA are fantastic. Very warm and informative….When you do finally end up seeing them. Wow this place is just awful. I needed to see an OB fast after an urgent care visit, I literally got a candida swab and this was $1125. With INSURANCE!! This place is absolutely not in network with Aetna!!!
