In June 2024, I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. The office sent me an email with a “patient form” to complete. When I opened the file, it contained another person’s private information. I immediately replied to notify the office of the error and asked that my application be canceled. As someone who works in the medical field, I take patient privacy very seriously. Me personally I loved the doctors, everyone was nice and greeted me, acknowledged my concerns prescribed me exactly what I needed and even asked for. Wasn’t uncomfortable at all the Pap smear was a little but nothing extreme and quick and easy!!! 10/10 recommend.
Such a great OB and Gyn! Really cares about her patients and takes her time at each visit. I had a VBAC with her and she was in my corner the entire time to insure I was successful and avoided a repeat c-section!
