In my opinion, the Oasis Hometown of Loma Linda, California is the best place to live. We feel safe and secure 🙏 😌! Plus,it is family environment ❤️ where people are very friendly and the neighbors watching for each other! In addition, I would like to mention that the workers are terrific 😀 👍, Specially Michelle, Belen, Porsha, John, and Luis .
Overall, I’ve had a great experience living at this complex. The area feels safe, the property is well-maintained, and the units are clean and comfortable. Maintenance is usually quick and helpful, which I really appreciate, though occasionally, I’ve had to follow up once or twice to get things fully resolved. I give them a 3 star due to how much this place has gone downhill in the last 8 yrs we’ve lived here. And the rent just keeps going up over $175 per year. BUT I give Michelle & Belen a 5 . They’re helpful and friendly and respectful. and the maintenance crew a 5 star they’re fast on fixing whatever issues need to be fixed.
I’ve lived in this apartment complex for nearly two years, and during that time, I’ve consistently felt that resident safety and security are not taken seriously by management. Although there is security personnel supposedly present on-site, they are largely ineffective. When robberies or suspicious activity occur, which is far too often.
