Living here has been a good experience overall. The leasing staff is nice and helpful when needed. I especially want to shout out the maintenance team. They’re always friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely want to get problems solved as fast as possible. They’ve gone out of their way to be helpful, and it definitely makes a difference. It’s reassuring knowing that when something needs fixing, it’s handled quickly and professionally.
The team was excellent professional clean nice and very hardworking the staff here is top notch I couldn't be happier always quick to help and know exactly what they are doing I'm very impressed
Not a safe or clean place to live. Infested with roaches. Car breakins. Per the police gang activity. Package theft. Loud music. No security cameras. Homeless encampment right behind the back wall of the property. Daily persons dumpster driving. If you have a choice live anywhere else.
I'm giving a three stars because I have that many bedrooms. They make this seem like a luxury townhouse but it's not. Nothing in here is updated. Everything breaks and was dirty when I moved in. The one car garages are a HOT mess. Parking is bad because everyone uses their garage for storage. And we pay an arm and a leg for what? Time to move, just waiting on my lease to end.
