UPDATE. Come to find out that the tech who was assigned to do my lashes was not informed about the appointment. She did a great job and my lashes are gorgeous. Thanks Disappointing. I made an appointment for today and was asked to Be here at 8am. I have been waiting for half an hour. I received a call last night but nothing about canceling my appointment.
