The technician (guy) cut me TWICE.... not a little nick, a cut!! Never apologized!! Was on phone and let the water overflow out of basin on to floor! Never cleaned it up!! The two technicians talked to each to where my niece and I couldn’t talk NOR could we relax!! The manager was very oh-hum about my experience and barely apologized!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Plenty of options in this area!!

I paid for a pedicure manicure for myself and a pedicure and polish for my daughter, spending $90. The technician did not cut my nails or my daughters. I told him twice I did not want gel polish but he used gel polish on my hands anyway charging extra for that service. he also left my nails looking like they need to be filled in already. I can literally see my nails where he did not paint. they also separated my daughter and myself and I was unable to supervise that process.
