Couldn't get through. Because the lines were too busy I was forwarded to a line to "claim my reward". All I had to do was provide my credit card info and pay two dollars. Absolutely not. And I was trying to call because it's impossible to get in when they reset your password and tell you to create a new one every so often. Happens every year around tax time. Terrible
