Nails came out perfect and just the way I wanted! Kim was fantastic
Very disappointed with the overall experience. The AI scheduling system allows customers to make appointments, only to arrive and be told the appointment cannot proceed because the necessary employees aren’t available. If staff availability doesn’t match the appointment time, the system shouldn’t allow it to be booked in the first place. A frustrating waste of time and definitely something that needs to be addressed.
I come here at least once a month, if not twice. Super friendly staff and great service! They do great manicures and pedicures for men :)
The ombre dip service and pedicure were very nice here. It was my first time and just look at how perfect this ombre is executed!! Thank you so much.
My first time here since it’s closer to my place, I’m leaving a 2 star review because the nail tech I got her name is jeanny/may ( I asked her name and she told me jeanny first and changed it to May so I’m putting two names) she was aggressive for my liking. she was maneuvering my fingers and arms really uncomfortably. I could not relax. I was uncomfortable the whole session.
