I was so excited after finding Oasis as it offered so much that I was looking for. I called to make an appointment and they just answered “Hello?” I asked “is this Oasis?” and the man responded “yeah.” No professional greeting, acting like I’m his friend calling on his cell. If you can’t be professional in your initial greeting, I have doubts about the service itself.
Ms. Amy was wonderful. She is gentle But gets the job done. She knew my pain points and worked them out.
