I haven’t had a bad experience yet, been going since they opened the place.
As a weekly regular, I look forward to my weekly chair massage and foot reflexology. Today I was halfway thru my massage when the guy from behind the counter started playing the daily news (yes in this economy) from his laptop loudly. He paused the news to let another client pay for her service, then immediately back to full volume when she walked out the door. I asked if the volume could be lowered to no avail. If you receive a gift card as a gift from here, just know it has a expiration date and a day later, they will not honor it so money lost. The guy on the phone will get upset at you and catches an attitude for even asking so don't waste your time.
