all 3 guys doing a HVAC change out recently did an excellent job and showed their interest in doing a proper job. the programmable thermostat was not set up to accept programming. When I contacted the office, they sent out *****, a tech, to review and set proper installer options, and he checked all wire connections to make sure the system was setup as 2 stage heat and cool.

Took care of by coming out the same day we called. Ultimately, our unit was too old and needed to be replaced. They squeezed us in the next day because they knew we were without air. They were prompt, professional, and great to work with. Oasis was recommended to us by a friend and they certainly lived up to that recommendation. They will be the only heating and cooling company we go with from now on. Highly recommend!

My outside AC unit went out last night. I have had issues with ants getting in the contactor and shutting that unit down. Cleaned it at midnight, still not working. Emailed Oasis at 1:00am and told them my situation. I got in touch with them this morning, and although they were busy, they came over and within 15 minutes the tech had my unit back up and running. I called around at 3 and no one would come without crazy after hours fees. Oasis sent someone and they were there in just a couple hours. The entire unit was bad, Elsa expected, so it needed full replacement. They had a new unit installed by lunchtime the next day. So fast, so nice, and totally frustration free! They’re my new go to for sure.

When it rains it floods. Our old ac decided to give up during this covid-19 pandemic but it could of been so much worse. We had an excellent experience with Oasis. Your patient, knowledge, professionalism and quick service was much appreciated.
