First red flag at this practice was they requested a deposit before scheduling an appointment. I never been to this practice before or prepaid for a service at a doctors office. Moving forward I proceed and book an appointment with Dr. Olajumoke Akinyele. She start as someone who seemed to care until she spend the whole appointment talking about things dietary things as if she’s a dietitian. I BOOKED for a psychiatrist. If you disagree with any of the medication suggested they will drop you via email from all services. They dropped me when I told the psychiatrist I had an appointment with pain management. My therapist dropped me within a day of the psychiatrist. This woman will not listen to your health concerns and will prescribe dangerous medications that may interact with heart medication. She is also very hard to understand. This has really effected my abandonment issues

Great experience with my provider, but the front/back office is truly worst-in-class. Unable to directly message my provider, support takes between hours and days to respond (if they respond at all) even to problems with medications, and their scheduling system is a total mess that leads to rescheduled appointments regularly (out of 6 appointments I've been rescheduled 3 times). If I could give a below zero I would! This place is horrific for anyone who’s battling with metal heath all they do is offer you drugs instead of actually listening to you. They make you pay for exams and they don’t give you the right results. I paid for adhd and an autism exam I have yet to receive my results. They canceled my appt and then sent me a email saying that my insurance was out of network despite me asking them do they take my insurance and them approving my visits. Tried for months to get an appt-finally did, and the provider rescheduled last minute. Showed up for that appt then she rescheduled the day of. Went to the NEXT rescheduled time, she didn’t show up. Terrible customer service from the scheduling department, doesn’t seem like the providers actually care because they don’t even make the appts, so I will be seeking care somewhere else
