I went to the salon twice. The first time the stylist did a great job since my hair had a lot of brassy coloring to it. She did a great job and I was very happy with the blonde color. The second time she put on a toner apparently to make my hair more of an ash blonde, which I didn't express that I wanted. She neglected to educate me that toner can turn hair gray.
