I was terrified to go to the dentist since it had been 10 years since my last appointment. I knew I had some areas of concern and was nervous to hear how bad it would be and also how painful. Laura was so nice and friendly and immediately put me at ease. She talked me through everything she was doing and was very conscious of my comfort level.
