We moved here over a year ago and didn't have a dentist... I started suffering from tooth pain a week ago and when it became so unbearable my husband started calling various dentist offices of which not one would take me without being paid IN FULL up front. We called at least 20 of them all around the Stapley / Gilbert & McKellips area and NOT one cared that I was in pain nor were they willing to work out payments. I was verry happy with the Dr and his staff. All were verry nice and answered all the questions I had. Will do business with again.
Very friendly staff, wonderful dentist. Very pleased with my 2 new crowns. They fit perfectly and was out of there in 20 minutes!

Dr. Patel is great he communicates with the kids and is very caring he always takes his time and makes sure they understand exactly what he is doing and why.
Good and friendly, procedure was painless
It's the dentist, so nobody looks forward to it, but at least I don't dread it anymore. After trying three other dentists in the area, I stuck with Next Generation Dental. Dr. Patel is WONDERFUL! The staff is friendly and understanding. My husband had to wait at his last appointment. We understand it sometimes happens. The staff sent him a letter of apology and a gift card. We were so floored by their understanding. Who does that? I would highly recommend them!
I recommend Dr. Patel to everyone in the Chandler area and beyond. I was able to get an appointment quickly and his office staff are freindly and helpful. I even had to bring my 3 young children with me and the visit was still successful! If you want a comfortable, fast, well priced dentist trip go to Dr. Patel!
