This business is greedy and does not care about mental health. My son was referred by PCP and sat in a wait list for about 6 months before getting an appointment. When we got there the lady at the front desk asked if I knew about the copay and I said yes, it’s $25. She said no you have to pay for the visit upfront and then 4-6 weeks after we receive your insurance company’s payment we will give it back. I said my co pay is $25. She proceeded to say that they don’t know how much insurance is going to cover until they get paid... read more

Business response:

It is the the responsibility of the patient to know what your insurance coverage is and the different tiers that cover different levels of care. We check insurance as a courtesy and when insurance is verified and a plan has a deductible it must be paid every session till the deductible is met. Insurance companies set the standard for what an allowed amount is and what the patient responsibility is paid per session. If a deductible is met and the patient has a credit on their account we refund the patient the difference of th... read more

Care providers are the only reason a star exists. An "exectuive" by the name of "Taisha K********** will lie and laugh in your face when you call the company out on overcharging you. She says she looks into it or calls your insurance to help, but never does. We verified through our medical insurance that "Taisha" or anyone fron Oasis will not contact them to see how we can get our money back. The company will drop their clients and lie to the providers about how they "resolve" issues. Cigna, our insurance, has now opened ... read more

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER with this place. They absolutely do not care. After my daughter's original assessment, I could not get a call back to schedule an appointment. After multiple calls to them, all they would advise is Sharon had not completed the assessment therefore could not get an appointment until this was done. THREE months later, I get a call from Cara and even though I was hesitant, I decided to give this office another chance. However, she failed to tell me she was located on South ... read more
