This place treats their staff unprofessional and the Barb the president her husband Jeffrey A. Is all over google for charges against him. They have multiple complaints with the labor board. Please be careful. They tell you what you want to hear.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This place is terrible I had sessions with “Dr. Heidi Stark Bank” this is person is so unprofessional, has no respect for no one, very rude, takes sides, has ZERO EXPERIENCE with family cases, and when I was there she always looking at her watch. Bottom line don’t go there and specially with this unprofessional person, and if this woman is a Doctor I am a Doctor as well. I cant review this place or this woman with a minus 1000. Dr. Heidi Stark-Bank is the BEST! And the staffs are nice! (Had a problem with the scheduler the first time but Miss Trina Willardson took care of it)
They could not even tell me what their therapists focus on or if they have experience in a particular area. Instead I was told to go to the website and research it myself because he didn't know all of the therapists. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly.
I have had very good experiences with Oasis Counseling. The staff has been friendly and professional. My therapist, Dr. Warren Wheatley has made me feel at ease and has been helpful ingiving me direction. It was scary to me, but he he helped me in a very natural way. It doesn't feel I am struggling like I have in the past. Its AMAZING how I feel and I want to thank you Warren, you saved my life. Oasis Counseing is great. Thanks
