Oasis Aveda completely ruined my hair. I booked an appointment for highlights and lowlights as you can see in my screenshot. But the hairstylist Walid said that i need to go for full foils. I said i wanted to keep darker roots, so that it grows out more naturally, but my hair came out looking like a silver highlighter with patches of orange all over my hair. Brittany done a last lift & tint, eyebrow tint and lamination. It was such a good experience. Brittany’s personality makes you feel so comfortable and confident. I am so so so happy with the results! Definitely will be going back!

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I felt rushed and not listened to — I explained what I wanted clearly, but the stylist did something completely different, I believe her name was Sima. The cut/color didn’t suit me at all, and when I voiced concerns, it was brushed off. The environment didn’t feel welcoming, and overall, the customer service was lacking.
