Great place to live if you like no A.C. in the summer months. You put in work request talk to office they do recharge the unit last one day So you do it again was told the part has been order, will keep the world informed. Have been over a week so far, but if you want a cheap breakfast on your way to work, they do it. Just do not ask for any repair work
I would give this apartment complex 0 stars, but I am forced to give them 1. This apartment complex has the worst management, and they will try to take your money at all costs! Especially the Asst. Manager! She needs to be fired! I have never been talked so rudely to, especially when I was trying to get an apartment with them! DO NOT LEASE HERE!
The apartment complex itself is very nice... It's just the management that makes this place horrible. I was interested in 1 bedroom 811 SQf apartment on the 1st floor. Only 1st floor apts have wood floors and since I have allergies to the carpet It was not an option to live on the other floors with carpet. I was looking to move in around November 20-25. Whenever I went to the leasing office I requested to write down only 1st floor apartments availability for this floor plan....Continue Reading
New management sucks, and the online portal is the most inconvenient way to pay if you live with a roommate. It does let you split payments when rent is due. It was a way better experience when Camden owned the property. Parking is impossible to find after 7PM there is no more tags on cars to differentiate the residents to visitors. Constantly people parking in the red zones which make it hard to get out of the spots at times. Management is always changing and not consistent. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
