Do not go to omera ford in north glen colorado. Sold us a truck without the key for the spare and won't rectify the situation. Horrible customer service. Will never purchase from here again.

My 2011 F350 (34,000 miles) popped up with an error message in the console "Please pull over safely now" on Wednesday. The truck shut down completely. I had it towed to O'Mera and Mark helped me get it checked in. Mark has always been great to work with and this time was no different. I brought my 98 Lincoln Continental in for an oil change (The Works Package). I am happy with the service provided. I also ordered WeatherTech front floor mats for my 2012 Escape. Both Tom (Quick Lane) and Jesus (Parts) were very helpful and curteous.
2006-Ford Taurus,Checked Brakes/flushed oil,repaired Windshield Washer and Oilchange.So far so good,time will tell.Staff did a great job.
Great service as always. I called ahead on my oil change to see if I needed anything else done on the car. Thought I needed a fuel filter but when I arrived they rechecked the records and no additional services beyond the oil change were needed. With coupons and discounts, I got the Works Package and tire rotation for $24 including tax. Thanks O'Meara!

Lauren at Omeara ford is wonderful as well as Richard. Honestly, everyone there is just great. They all deserve 5 stars. If I sm waiting in the visitors area, always someone will offer me a water or tea. I have referred this dealership to everyone.
