I have been a patient of hers for a very long time ....probably 10ys. I have read those reviews above and wholeheartedly and respectfully disagree. I have always found her resourceful and professional and courteous, especially her bedside manner. As a matter of fact my entire family is under her care and I wouldn't trust the Healthcare of my entire family to just anyone.... I hope that sets the record straight.
I called on Monday 3/31 to make an appointment with this clinic. They said they need 24-48 hours to verify my insurance. I waited the 48 hours. Today makes 96 hours and they still have no update. I spoke to two representatives one male and one female who both said they’d expedite the process and contact the billing team but the last rep I just spoke to told me no notes were entered for that and I’m still pending. She is horrible, she doesn't express professionalism at all! Her tone,her body language is horrible!! I had a stroke and she didn't want to even speak to me,asking me WHY am i there!

Dr. Vlad is very approachable, listens to me, and addresses all of my concerns. The office staff is great. They're patient and personable.
