It really seems nice at first, until you buy a home then they raise your lot rent slowly nickel and dimming you to death. they start with a three years low lot rent for 299.00 a month then when thats up they nail you hard then your paying high lot rent on top of paying off your manufaturned home. Then you wind up paying 700 to 800 a month. For that price its cheeper to buy a house. Overpriced and poorly managed – Paying $390+ for rent of a postage stamped size lot, next to the highway is bad enough. Add to it that the park is poorly maintained, dirty and that the manager is never available and you have a recipe for disaster. I've been trying to sell my home for 2 years and everytime that someone goes to management to get approved, the park undersells me with one of their own homes.
