A nice place to live but wish they would please STOP going up on the rent each year, makes it hard for a person on fixed income to make it. but still can not live anywhere else a reasonable.
Worst place ever.. – I lived in this park about 10 years ago. It was the worst experience I ever had. The plumbing in the park was so bad, they would turn off everyones water if one trailer had an issue. Also I told management there was a peeper in the park. He would peek in mine, and my neighbors windows. They already knew of the issue, and felt it should not be addressed. I recently went back to see the park and the new highway area. This is a terriable place to live! The only way to get out once your in is to abandon your home, Brian wont help anyone get their home sold. He would rather you abandon it so he can buy it at auction for dirt cheap then resell it for 20-40 thousand more than it went for at auction. So not only is the home owner getting the shaft so is the new buyer! They wont let you do anything to your yard, you cant have a pool, swingset, boat etc. Their really strict on anyone who is trying to make their place nicer. But the trash that th... read more
