the manager Luke will do whatever he can to get money from you, he illegally evicted us over 150 dollars and I have 2 kids, he lied to the courts acting like we hadn't paid when we had paid over half and he told us we could be late and pay the late fee, he lied to the courts and evicted us so he could either get 950 out of us or get our home, he is a lying piece of crap, just another slumlord dont go there!
They could stop robbing and threating the residents. Raise the lot rent yearly by 20-25 dollars, but you get nothing in return and their customer service is a joke. They prey on elderly and the poor. Sad company.

They have a heroin issue they will not address. I have emailed police reports showing multiple heroin related problems. The manager Luke Brandon will not respond.
We had a brand new home & it was beautiful. Lots of space.

THERE WILL BE DOOR PRIZES AND RAFFLES THRU OUT THE DAY. PLEASE INVITE YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY, & NEIGHBOR TO JOIN US. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!!
Oakwood Village is a place to live if you would like to live in a manufactured home the village is well taken care of people are respectable that live in the village air playground parks swimming pool for the children place to play basketball for the older kids children can play peacefully and ride their bikes it's quiet we have no trouble at Oakwood Village the residents are very friendly to each other and try to help each other all they can come on down and see Oakwood Village I think you'll like what you see I do
The price was to high, the people in the office was rude, but I did love my neighborhood
