The price was to high, the people in the office was rude, but I did love my neighborhood
I love it here everything is very convenient shopping school people are really nice. They take care of you when you need it.
It's a very nice community. It's kept clean and very well maintained. The neighbors are very nice and there is no trouble with theft or terrible kids.

Yes the every year lot rent, is too much exspecially for the fixed income people. I love it here more than ,I did when we lived here before! Rhonda does a whole lot more than last people. They never came out of office and delivered papers, picnics, bingo, doing away with the bad homes, getting the problems took care of! I love the neighborhood watch meetings! Go Rhonda and of course Luke and the rest of the office personnel!!!
This place is a fuckin joke new manager every week and up rent every year AND water is off at least once a week a fuckin joke STAY AWAY
Yea rent sucks but really nice area and neighboring community's.
