The building is beautiful, but if you want to live somewhere and feel completely disrespected by your property managers, then this is the perfect place to live. When they clean the roof top (that's been inaccessible for months due to COVID) they leave dirt and grime all over my windows. I called the front office and brought this to their attention, asking when do they clean windows (since I'm floors up and can't just clean them myself) and they said they'd take care of it.
