I lived here for 6 years and I would highly recommend. Never had issues with maintenance and when I did they got fixed quickly. The value for the apartments is definitely worth it.
I cannot say enough about the personal & professional treatment I received by Heather at The Estates At Ridglea Hills Apts. I hope these Properties recognize what an asset she is to their organization. Kudos to you Heather! Thank You for spending the time to fulfill my apt. needs.
Terrible management. No sense of urgency.
Apartments okay, management is fair and usually responds but the apartments are have pest issues. Mostly issues are roaches and I noticed a lot of ant hills near amenities. The towing company they allow was sued a few years ago for towing cars illegally but settled. Management does not care. I don’t care about cars being towed in general but they need to change to a company with no illegal past
