I just wanna say . Living here was the best decision I made moving from another state.. A Very peaceful and comfortable place to live. It was very convenient for my kids with school and my job.All the staff was very friendly,supportive and helpful...Everyone had a heart of gold. The maintenance crew was great. We love the community and surrounding areas. Quiet, Secure, Pet and Family friendly. Our dog is considered a restricted breed so our initial search was limited but he's welcome here. There are a variety of breeds, a dog park and lots of grassed areas with bags. The property is well maintained and Maintenance is fast!
So this is in no way shape or form to talk bad about the maintenance crew, they did what they could with what they were given and were super helpful. These are things I think you should know. My husband and I lived here for about four years 2020-2024, until early this year. The first couple of years everything was fine, but then we started noticing repeating patterns. This is a quiet and pleasant community. It's an old complex, but clearly has been renovated and the maintenance is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also host gatherings for residents on holidays and throughout the summer.
Being a resident for 2 years now, I love this complex. 3 nice pools, nice exercise equipment (treadmill, machine weights). I chose the 1 bedroom that is compatible with the stackable W/D. There's no patio so the living room and dining areas are larger than normal which is great. Its only about 7 minutes walking time to Ridgle Hills Elementary. The staff have neen wonderful and the maintenance team is great! This area is about 3 miles from Hulen Mall shopping area and a quarter mile (walking distance) from the Trinity River.
