The location of the apartments is superb. The apartment itself was a good size, clean, well furnished and good value. Apartments have all the necessary amenities. Very relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, also has a dishwasher. The pool was beautiful and the apartment WOW everything you need was there. Quite a place and nearby restaurant were very good. I moved in with my cousins for a brief period due to the California fires. Had to relocate everything! I was very impressed moving to this side of the world. The apartments were nice and the views were awesome. I was wondering if I would have been uncomfortable living here for some time but there were plenty of great bars and restaurants to choose from. We stayed for 1 years in March 2016 in this great, lovely and spacious apartment in McDonald. Oakwood Club Apartments is a beautiful apartment home community in Spokane Valley, Washington. We stayed here end of July start of August. The Apartments is an excellent location convenient to all parks and attractions. This was by far the best vacation home I have ever stayed in. It was huge, cozy and spotless - everything that you look for in a vacation home. It was perfect. The street was quiet and well taken care of. It's a cheap price and cheap quality apartment complex.
don't rent if you have kids – well were to begin i moved in and when i moved in it was ok. i let them know my son has hearing issues and things are gonna be loud and that when i talk to him it may seem i am yelling at him but i'm not so about three days after i moved in i got a notice for the noise people were complaining then i went and got a notice from our doc stating he has hearing issues i still kept getting notice. i finally had to not let my kid watch t.v and i could not talk to my own child. so i got sick of it then ... read more
Don't Bother – I lived at the Oakwood club apartments for 3½ years. And while the apartments themselves were fairly typical experiences with bad neighbors and management made me glad to leave this place when I did. The main reason I stayed here for so long was rent was comparatively cheap, I had a dishwasher & a washer & dryer, and their pet policy allowed for my larger dog to live there. Those were the pluses.
