I really like this apartment where I stayed for 2 years with my family. We enjoyed our time in Clovis, CA and found the facilities & location wonderful - truly "home from home". The apartment suites are of generous size and very well-equipped. The apt was very clean and the amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, ceiling fans, air conditions were all superb. Almost 6 months of living here and we have been very happy. The fireplace is awesome. Our neighbors have all been friendly and haven't had problems with any being loud or noisy. Of course we got a third floor apartment for 2 reasons: 1) It has the fireplace and 2) we don't have to hear people walking above us. I have been in our downstairs neighbor's apartment and can hear my little chihuahuas running all around when they get to playing...which is why we didn't want to be in the middle apartment. We are five members of a family who needed housing for a few years.oakwood club apartments was very pleased and just a short walk into town. We stayed on the bottom level so had a enternce to a great porch where we spent many hours running,relaxing and even exercising yoga. the management is wonderful and much attentive to the needs of the guests . Oakwood Club Apartment Homes was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for an apartment in Spokane Valley. I was told that they loved their living experience there and so I decided to choose it. Fortunately I wasn't disappointed at all. We stayed here last 4 years and with our 4 kids this home was perfect. They loved the pool and being able to go night swimming! The set up of the home was great with an open concept and everything you need to cook some meals. They provided a cooler that we were able to bring to the parks and we felt right at home! Wow, what.a place. My wife and I stayed 1 year here and enjoyed every minute. Our apartment was huge! With high ceilings, two large bedrooms, a modern bathroom, lounge area, and separate dining. A very affordable and comfortable place to stay. So many amazing restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. Complete facilities are provided such as air conditioning, cable ready, breakfast bar, Ref, dishwasher, washer and dryer and many more. This place is the best at the cheapest price. Not to mention the super friendly Manager Tim who would treat you like his friend. Overall, our stay here was amazing!
They gave me a list of the best apartments in Spokane, while I was visiting, and with more luxury features than most than I had previously seen. Reputable company with a great track record as well. I have recommended them to friends, and they never disappoint.
Our family suite was spacious and clean. We enjoyed a good breakfast. Free parking and free WiFi which is decent. My room was quiet with no outside noise.Location, clean and family friendly!
