Maintenence is awesome…the office is great, very prompt…safe neighborhood and roomy apartment
Asked management to call before entering our apartment, so I may ensure the safety of my kittens during maintenance. Entered my apartment without my permission. No idea if my kittens are ok
So I dont like liars n im not abt to be like the others who dont leave a review w no explanation w 1 star... Why on the website and google say yall are open on Saturdays but Maria Albarran says yall are not. I would like to move here but yall clearly like to lie too much.
We applied here earlier this week and even though we passed the application process recommended for acceptance and make more than enough than the desired amount of income to live there we were denied. My wife tried calling the owner and left a message to call back, I sent an email just to get clarification on why we were denied. No one has bothered to contact us, they did however keep our application fees. It looks like a nice place to live, and we probably would have been comfortable there but now we'll never know.
