I have to say that everyone that I encountered was absolutely awesome. The facility is so clean. They treated Lulu with such love and compassion and explained everything so clearly to me. Definitely will be using them for all out needs. Ive used several other places and none compare to this staff. I cant express my gratitude enough.
I have brought two cats now to Oakwell. They have been attentive, compassionate, and very thorough in all they’ve done. Our most recent visits resulted in having to euthanize our cat. They were so professional, kind, and considerate. They were extremely patient and kind to my son as well. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Everyone has been so helpful and kind with my Maggie and her care. She has some serious issues but the entire team has been wonderful.
