Nice and easy
I never actually ended up coming for an appointment. I was a patient with Niagara fertility and had called in mid December to book two appointment within a set time period. I knew it was unlikely, given the holidays, that I would get an appointment, but the lady I spoke with was so incredibly kind and apologetic. She never even met me and it truly felt like she cared for the journey I, and I'm sure many of their patients are going through.
