I'm not kidding when I say this. Shut this place down because it obviously doesn't work. I waited SEVEN HOURS to just get a shot. Wait times are astronomical. Whatever estimate they give you, put it to the power of 3.

Had the WORST experience for the 5th time in a row. The hospital’a job is to cure patients, little do they know they created more patients by making people wait for hours and hours. It’s truly depressing to see that a country like Canada has a broken system and has been for decades with no solution to it whatsoever. I have been in the ER for 6 hours with my dad who needs medical attention, it takes over 6 hours for a doctor to simply provide him with medication. I’ve had two very concerning experiences at this Emergency Department involving my children. On one visit, my 2-year-old son was diagnosed with a “viral infection” and sent home without even being considered for a strep test. Two days later, he became lethargic, and a walk-in clinic properly diagnosed him with strep throat. This was a dangerous oversight that could have had very serious consequences.
