We saw Michele Gottwald for a red spot under my son’s eye that had been there for years and was really starting to bother him. We had previously gone to another dermatology clinic, and did not one but two laser treatments there. It actually made things worse, not better. I had an amazing experience with this team from consult to after care and wanted to leave a review because I asked my family doctor to refer me here based on reviews. I felt well-informed about my options throughout, the procedure was done well and with care for me as a person, and my scar is minimal (what I expected based on the photos shown at my consult). I would not hesitate to go back.
Please please please do your research. I made a hasty decision and had this lady do my submental liposuction. After my procedure, she was dismissive of my concerns and took no accountability whatsoever. She told me that the swelling and lumps I was seeing is my lymph nodes. Rather than making my submental area better she actually made it much worse - not only is my chin no better than before, but there are lumps that were never there before.
