I took my son here yesterday after hours. The young girl at the front desk was so incredibly polite and efficient even though it was obvious she was exhausted and had been working her shift for over 12 hours. She had a smile on her face the whole time. Having someone like that coordinate your medical visit instantly helps your anxiety. Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Rachael Blumenthal and her clinic staff. We visited for our child’s skin concern, expecting thoughtful pediatric care. Instead, the doctor rushed through the consultation, showed little empathy, and gave vague explanations with no proper guidance or follow-up.
