I’ve been going here since I was in elementary school, Dr.Amos is the best optometrist! He is not only great at his job, but he also goes out of his way to explain the science behind what’s going on with my eyes. He is approachable, caring and overall just a great doctor. Thank you for being such a great optometrist Dr.Amos! Please don’t retire too soon lol :)
Poor customer service I needed to update my prescription glasses and looked up online the nearest optometrist with out reading their reviews unfortunately. I went to my appointment on time the door is locked and need to ring bell per Covid protocols; the rude Asian receptionist came out angry yelling at me saying "you are early", so I showed her the time on my phone 12:15 which is my appt. She said " I was on the phone give me few minutes" as if this is my fault for ringing the bell while she is on the phone. Now for the Dr.... read more
