Dr. Verma was very knowledgeable and helpful during my initial assessment. We went over my diet and any changes I need to make. We went over supplements. We also went over activities/things to calm the mind. I tried acupuncture for the first time. I did enjoy the experience. My arms were so relaxed, it felt like I was melting into the bed. All of the needle placements were 100% pain free.
