Our 20 year old senior cat had a medical emergency on a Monday evening, and the local emergency vet clinics had long wait times. Dr Ghali was able to see us within an hour. She was calm, gentle, but thorough in treating the issue. Our cat has made a full recovery and we are very grateful. It was an after-hours appointment and there wasn't a vet tech available. Where has the compassionate part of taking care of animals gone ?I have never experienced anything like this and I have rescued many dogs and cats and rehomed them - my daughter's little 2 pound chiwawa was not feeling very well and as the love of my daughter for this little creature we took her to a vet that we called and she said she closes at 11 it's not after hours clinic - so I asked her how much for the quick exam etc . Dr. Ghali was very transparent and honest about the full procedure that my dog needed. She was caring and thoughtful through it all. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet. I will certainly be returning!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this animal hospital. Dr. Ghali was very professional and knowledgeable; she saved my dog during the night when no other clinics were open. She walked me through everything and explained the diagnosis while comforting me along the way. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Thank you Dr. Ghali, me and nico will be back!
