Everyone here is kind, caring, efficient, professional, but also very busy. It's accessible friendly but do allow time for your appointment and make your next appointment while you are there. Do remember to get a parking voucher if you drive. Dr Bindlish is exceptional in his field and I'm very happy he is in charge of my vision care.

While my experience with Dr Bindlish was good, everything else was completely unacceptable. They told me to wait in my vehicle, which I did, and they didn't come for me after 30 minutes. I went up to the door, knocked, and they didn't even notice I was there. So I went back to my car, waited another 10 minutes and went back. I arrived precisely on time for my 10:30AM appointment, yet I was left waiting for over an hour and a half before being seen by the specialist. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially considering I had another appointment scheduled closer to 1:00 PM. I was moments away from walking out. This experience reflects a serious lack of respect for patients' time and highlights a deeply flawed approach to scheduling

Bad scheduling approach - had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment. No respect for people's time. Doctor was sick (coughing, should have stayed home). Receptionist seemed great.
